Arrest/Release Form

First Copy: $5.00
Each Additional copy: $1.00

Accident Report Copies

First Copy: Free to any driver involved in the accident, including photos uploaded as part of the E-Crash Report. Each additional copy is $5.00.
Copies requested be insurance agencies or attornies are $5.00 each. Payment may be in the form of a money order or business check.

Cost: $5.00
Tuesday and Wednesday from 9AM - 10:45AM
Thursday from 9AM - 10:45AM and 2PM - 3:45PM
Must have valid state issued ID

Process Service

Cost: $45.00 for each person/entity to be served.
Additional papers to be served at the same address is $5.00/paper.
Business check or money order made payable to the Lee County Sheriff's Department.
