These dispatchers take calls from citizens and from 911. Dispatch is responsible for sending the patrol deputies where they are needed; they search and find all requested information for deputies; give road directions; keep written documentation of all activities and many other jobs.

Besides keeping up with all deputies on duty, the dispatchers check warrants, run drivers licenses, answer telephone calls and keep up with and manage the daily paperwork that passes through their office.
