Agnew update

Maurice Agnew remains in custody at the Lee County Sheriff’s Department.  He is currently being held on a one million dollar bond for the charge of Manslaughter.  

“Today I am grateful to District Attorney John Weddle and his staff for requesting that Marius Agnew’s 20 year suspended sentence for a 2020 conviction on Aggravated  Assault be reinstated and that Agnew be ordered to serve the remainder of that sentence.”
